Who we are

What we collect

Contact form. When you submit the form we receive the name, email address, company, optional organisation number, and message you provide. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent / steps taken at your request prior to a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)/(b)).

Spam protection. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated abuse. It does not track you across sites.

Analytics. With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how the site is used. These cookies are only set after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you reject, no analytics cookies are set. Legal basis: consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)).

How enquiries are sent

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox via the email provider Resend. Data is processed only to transmit your message to us.

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, then deleted.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at tony@xu.no. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
